Role Summary : We are seeking a qualified and experienced Store Manager to plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the operations of our retail establishment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and control the range of products, stock levels and customer service standards
- Develop and implement purchasing, pricing and marketing strategies
- Coordinate promotional activities to increase sales and business growth
- Provide sales support and advise customers on IT and computer-related products
- Monitor inventory and maintain accurate records of stock and financial transactions
- Prepare and manage budgets and oversee cost control measures
- Recruit, train, supervise and performance-manage staff
- Ensure the store complies with workplace health and safety requirements

Selection Criteria :





- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Retail Management, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Proven experience in managing a retail business or store operations
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to drive sales performance and meet business targets
- Familiarity with computer products and IT retail workplace preferred

Pay: $77,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year

Education :

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)

Experience :

- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
