Marshall & Brougham Constructions are seeking to employ an experienced safety supervisor/ labourer.

In order to be considered for this position you are required to have the following :

- Relevant bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- Solid understanding of Australian WHS legislation and construction safety requirements.
- Proven experience in conducting risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.




- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Valid construction industry white card
- Drivers license
- Safety supervisor qualification and experience
- Working with children clearance (or able to obtain)
- Commercial building site experience
- Physically fit
- Qualifications and certificates for working at heights, operation of personnel hoist, confined space, traffic control etc would be highly desirable.

Key responsibilities :

- Implement and maintain WHS policies and procedures across construction sites.
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and control hazards.
- Investigate incidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide WHS advice and support to managers, supervisors, and workers.
- Deliver safety inductions, training sessions, and toolbox talks.
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, standards, and company procedures.
- Assist in preparing safety documentation, including SWMS and JSAs.
- Maintain accurate safety records and reporting systems.
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Types : Full-time, Casual, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
