About the Role

The Parts Sales Specialist plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate and efficient parts identification, quoting, and order processing. This role will report to the Product Support Manager at our pristine Operations & Engineering Centre at Dandenong South.

This role focuses on interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to accurately source components and manage all related documentation and customer interactions. It involves proactive sales efforts, including following up on quotes and re-engaging inactive clients, while working closely with internal teams to meet customer needs. Continuous improvement and staying current with product and equipment knowledge are key to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

About You :



You will bring a strong background in engineering, trades, or a related technical field, preferably with over five years of experience in interpreting technical parts. You can confidently read equipment manuals, technical diagrams, and you see yourself as a solid communicator who knows how to collaborate and get things done. The right incumbent will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering exceptional results every time.

Being tech-savvy and comfortable with systems like Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP platforms (such as Dynamics 365 or Business Central) will have you ready to hit the ground running.

A proactive attitude, a genuine willingness to learn, and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends. Bonus points if you’ve represented a company at tradeshows or industry events
