Based in Parramatta, this is a great opportunity to gain experience within a large-scale customer transition project in a high-performing financial services setting. About the OpportunityIn this role, you will support existing customers as they transition to recent banking products and services. Acting as a key point of contact, you’ll provide clear guidance, build strong relationships, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience. This is a fast-paced, phone-based position suited to individuals who enjoy working in a structured environment and are confident in guiding customers through important financial decisions.



Key Responsibilities - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer interactions - Help customers understand changes and available banking options - Provide tailored solutions based on individual customer needs - Review and process customer documentation accurately - Ensure all interactions adhere to regulatory and internal compliance standards - Partner with internal teams to support efficient customer outcomes About YouYou are customer-focused, adaptable, and confident working in a phone-based environment.To be successful, you will have: - Previous experience in a contact centre, customer service, or sales role - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly - Confidence explaining financial products or navigating detailed information - High attention to detail and strong organisational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.
