An IT Support Technician is responsible for helping users with computer systems, software, and technical problems. They make sure that computers, networks, and other technology in a company work properly so employees can do their jobs efficiently.

Responsibilities :

- Troubleshooting technical issues such as slow computers, software errors, or network problems.
- Providing technical assistance to employees or customers in person, by phone, or through remote access.
- Maintaining computer systems and networks to ensure they run smoothly and securely.
- Setting up user accounts and passwords for new employees.
- Updating and upgrading systems to keep technology current.
- Documenting technical problems and solutions for future reference.





Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux
- Basic understanding of networking

Job Types : Full time, Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
