About the Role : As a Cardiology Specialist Medical Receptionist, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, managing patient appointments, and ensuring smooth clinic operations in RR Cardiology's Specialist Cardiology Practice. This is a detail-oriented position requiring excellent communication, multitasking, and specialist reception experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Schedule Cardiology appointments, follow-ups, and manage patient flow.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Take payments and manage billing, and patient claiming.
- Support clinical teams with administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For :
- Experience in a medical reception role at a specialist practice (required).
- Weekday availability (required).
- Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (Medical) or similar (desirable).
- Exceptional customer service and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a busy healthcare environment with a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Remote work in addition to onsite work where required by the Cardiologist.
