Bayside Health is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager for the Special Care Nursery to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight of a neonatal care unit. You will work with the Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure protected, high-quality care and smooth patient flow.

The role involves discharge planning, staff development, and partnership with families to support education and preparation for discharge, all within a Family Centred Care model.
