Location : Bondi Beach Hours :25-35 hours per week**
We’re looking for an experienced Bakery Barista / All-Rounder to join our Bondi Beach team.
About the role :
- Making high-quality coffee to a consistent standard
- Delivering excellent customer service in every interaction
- Engaging with customers in a warm, friendly, and confident way
- Assisting with bakery service, display upkeep, and general FOH tasks
- Supporting the team during busy periods and maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Keeping the shop clean, organised, and welcoming
About you :
- Barista experience in Australia is essential :
- Solid customer service experience is a must :
- Outgoing, caring, and genuinely enjoys talking to customers
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well in a team
- Reliable, proactive, and takes pride in their work
- A genuine desire to stay in Sydney for at least a year or two
