Job Summary Key Responsibilities - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. - Run drinks to restaurant tables quickly and accurately to support efficient service. - Take beverage orders and communicate effectively with the floor team. - Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional and friendly manner. - Maintain a clean, organised, and fully stocked bar area. - Monitor inventory and advise management of stock requirements. - Verify customer identification and serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with liquor licensing laws. - Process cash and electronic payments accurately using the POS system. - Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking. - Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations. - Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.



Skills & Experience - Previous bartending or hospitality experience is preferred. - Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate. - Adaptable availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
