Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8am - 16:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing

- Responding to customer enquiries and processing orders accurately and effieciently
- Scheduling the delivery run.
- Providing prompt and professional support to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Assisting the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks
- Collaborating with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
