We're a small family business who make and bake on site. We're passionate about serving good quality food and coffee with great customer service. We are located in a busy courtyard in Camden, NSW, and are currently in our fourth year of business.
We open Wednesday to Friday, 6:30am to 2:00pm, and Weekends 7:00am - 2:00pm.
We are known for our freshly baked sourdough loaves, pastries, brunch menu including baguette sandwiches, toasties and sausage rolls and have partnered with The Little Marionette to serve a great speciality coffee to compliment our food offering.

We’re looking for experienced customer service/bakery all-rounders to join our team! Team members who have a positive vibe, focused on great customer service.
We may be a small bakery but we are a busy bakery, constantly working at a rapid pace. We’re looking for the hospitality lovers that get a high from the rush and thrill of a busy day!
Barista experience is not essential but definitely an advantage.
- Currently hiring for weekdays and weekend roles. We prefer set shifts for consistency based on team members availability. Hourly rate as per Fair Work, Fast Food Award including weekend and public holiday penalty rates._
A typical day for our Front of House Team :
- Roster start times between 5:45am - 7:00am
- Bakery Set Up (display cabinet, bread shelf, pastry trolley, complete orders)
- Prepare Baguette Sandwich Bar for service
- Clean and set up seating area
- Serve customers and fulfil orders (serve, pack pastries, slice sourdough, make baguettes/toasties, make coffee)
- Manage queue by serving quickly and efficiently while continuing to provide friendly customer service.
- Maintain a clean and tidy seating area throughout the day
- Restock sourdough and pastries throughout the day
- Monitor sausage roll supply ensuring bake on demand ahead of lunch rush
- Prepare for next day service (Baguette Bar, Packaging, Cool Room Storage etc)
- Pack down/clean down bakery
- Roster end time between 1pm-3pm
Experience Barista? Here is a little more info :
- Manage the coffee machine solo (approx. 5kg in 5-6 hours)
- Pour a great coffee, able to texture milk, serving takeaway and dine in coffee
- Able to function in the early hours with shifts starting from 5:45am
- Commit to roster with weekday & weekend shifts.

Pay: $32.06 - $38.48 per hour
