Croc's Playcentre Epping is a beloved local spot where families come to play, laugh, and celebrate. We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable all-rounders to be the heart of our fun!

In this dynamic role, you will :

- Be a Party Pro : Host and coordinate birthday parties from start to finish - setting up, leading games, serving food, and ensuring the birthday child and their guests have an unforgettable experience.
- Deliver 5-Star Service : Greet families with warmth, manage front desk admissions, and answer questions with a can-do attitude.
- Run our Family-Friendly Café : Prepare and serve simple café items, operate the till, handle cash & EFTPOS transactions, and keep the café area clean and well-stocked.
- Be a Guardian of Fun & Safety : Proactively monitor play areas, ensure a clean and safe environment, and interact positively with children of all ages.
- Keep the Magic Alive : Assist with general centre operations, including cleaning, restocking, and setting up for special events.





You’re the perfect fit for our team if you :

- Have a bright, friendly personality and a genuine love for working with children and families.

- Are 14 years or older :

- Possess fantastic communication and customer service skills - you’re patient, polite, and proactive.

- Are a team player who is also responsible and can use initiative.

- Have the energy and stamina to be on your feet and engaged for a full shift.

- Hold (or are willing to obtain) a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) .

- Are available to work weekends, school holidays, and public holidays (when we’re at our busiest!).
