Are you passionate about supporting people to navigate their care journey with confidence? We’re seeking a motivated, professional and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to join our Customer Service Centre team at Kangaroo Point.

Your Role

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing Ozcare customers, delivering timely, accurate and person-centred service across multiple channels. Your role is integral in supporting customers and referrers to understand, access and select the most suitable care solutions for their needs.

Your tasks will include :

- Delivering a highly effective, consistent and professional customer experience throughout the entire customer journey
- Determining customer needs through effective questioning and active listening
- Providing accurate information regarding services, eligibility, costs and care pathways
- Creating and maintaining customer records, contracts and documentation with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Undertaking outbound follow‑ups and customer transfers as required
- Working collaboratively with the Customer Service Centre team and the wider Ozcare community to achieve operational and service outcomes

You have :

- The ability to be responsive, empathetic and sensitive to the needs of Ozcare customers
- Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service that builds trust and confidence
- Well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills




- High-level computer literacy, including experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- The flexibility to work a varied roster, including Saturday mornings and Public Holidays

Role Requirements

- Current National Police Check (valid within past 3 years) or willingness to obtain one.
- Relevant Certificate IV or previous experience within Health Care in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to accurately capture and manage information
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task while maintaining quality and attention to detail
