The role focuses on removing non-vocational barriers to enable sustainable employment, with opportunities for permanent or subcontracting arrangements.

Ideal candidates hold relevant qualifications (Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology with AHPRA) and can travel between sites.
