This is role to provides leadership in all things culinary to a vegan restaurant specialising in Indian food.
As such the role includes the develop of menu items; the supervision of junior staff; the provision of quality assurance, the order of stock and the maintenance of a protected work place.
As one of the small number of vegan restaurants in Sydney we are looking for flair and creativity. The menu is centered on South Asian culinary traditions. All menu creations will advertised on our very active social media platforms.
Therefore we are looking for a chef with significant experience and a passion for vegan food.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
