The position : Hurricane's Grill and Bar are seeking an enthusiastic chef/ cook, to join our fast paced kitchen in Cronulla Beach

Required skills & attributes :

- A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated, driven & energetic
- Team player
- Effective time management skills
- Must be passionate about delivering high quality food, beverage & service standards
- Versatile availability - week days/nights and weekends




- Experience with safety procedures when using chemicals
- Ability to enforce work health and safety practices
- Well presented with a friendly disposition
- Cert III or IV in commercial cookery would be advantageous
