Seeking an experienced Senior Motorcycle Mechanic/Technician to provide professional servicing and maintenance within a busy motorcycle workshop. This is a full-time permanent position in an expanding and progressive service environment. About the Role

- Requires: Relevant motorcycle trade qualifications and a current open motorcycle licence.
- Remuneration: Competitive hourly rate in line with market rates for senior technicians.
- Location: Northern Brisbane metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble new motorbikes from delivery crates with attention to quality and detail.
- Conduct thorough inspections and test rides to ensure safety and performance standards.
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain a range of motorcycles to high professional standards.
- Carry out detailed engine and component inspections to detect faults or safety issues.
- Replace damaged parts and install accessories or upgrades as requested.
- Complete scheduled maintenance and accurately document all service work.
- Provide clear advice to customers and workshop management regarding repairs and maintenance.
- Support the development of junior staff through mentoring and guidance.
- Engage in ongoing training and attend team meetings to stay current with industry best practice.
- Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment.
