Skipee Property Maintenance is a growing Perth-based business specialising in premium exterior cleaning and property presentation services for residential and commercial properties.
We are currently looking for a motivated, reliable casual team member with experience in at least one of our core service areas , with window cleaning experience highly preferred .
This is a hands-on outdoor role suited to someone who takes pride in quality work, presents professionally with clients, and enjoys varied work across different sites.
Services you may work across :
- Interior and exterior window cleaning
- Pressure washing and soft washing
- Roof pressure washing
- Solar panel cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Lawn mowing and garden tidy-ups
- General exterior property maintenance
No two days are the same, and you will be working across homes, commercial sites, retail properties, and end-of-lease or pre-sale presentation jobs throughout Perth, including preparing properties for home opens and buyer inspections.
What we’re looking for : Previous experience in at least one of the following is preferred:
- Valid WA driver’s licence
- Own reliable transport
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Confidence using ladders and working at heights safely
- Professional presentation and communication
- Working at heights certification (preferred)
- Police Clearance (preferred)
Hours : Casual role with approximately 15 to 30 hours per week initially , with opportunity for increased ongoing hours as the business continues to grow.
Typical shifts are 6 to 8 hours , 2 to 4 days per week depending on bookings and weather conditions.
Starting Location : Please note our equipment and operations are based in Dalkeith, so team members will generally meet there before heading out to jobs across Perth.
