The Position

The Deputy Manager, Coursework Scholarships provides strategic and operational leadership within the Coursework Scholarships Office, supporting the delivery of high-quality, student-focused financial award services across the University.

Reporting to the Manager, Coursework Scholarships and supervising a large team, the role oversees day-to-day operations, ensures compliance with University and government legislation, and provides authoritative advice on scholarships, Commonwealth support, student payments and records. The Deputy Manager plays a key role in maintaining governance, financial integrity, and continuous business improvement across scholarship administration processes.
