Concession Manager - Aquila (Canberra)

Aquila is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead one of our locations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive sales performance, develop a high-performing team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets
- Drive store performance through strong sales leadership and KPI management
- Ensure excellent customer service and brand standards are consistently met
- Manage daily store operations, including stock, and visual presentation
- Build a positive, results-focused team culture

What We’re Looking For

- 1-2 years of sales experience (retail leadership experience highly regarded)
- Full time availability




- Proven track record of achieving results in previous roles
- Strong communication, leadership, and customer engagement skills
- A proactive, accountable, and performance-driven mindset
