DESCRIPTION : The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Talent Acquisition team is seeking a talented, customer-focused Sourcing Recruiter to join their team.

This position is for a 12 month fixed term period.

Key job responsibilities

- Work closely with business in order to understand the roles and responsibilities, and utilise this information to develop effective recruiting strategies
- Ensure all sourcing channels are sufficiently utilised, including but not limited to employee referrals, internal CRM, career portals, job fairs
- Implement new processes and fine-tune standard processes for recruiting that fits within Amazon's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer




- Ensure a data-driven approaches in achieving recruitment operational excellence
- Ensure the ongoing education of hiring managers and interviewers on recruitment best practice and interview skills training

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS :

- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience or similar, in fast paced environment
- Experience managing and prioritising multiple searches, projects and stakeholder relationships
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and negotiation skills, with a laser focus on delivering outstanding business results
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education
