They are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and passionate Centre Manager to join their team. Their centres are family-owned and purpose-built, with outstanding facilities and a supportive Management Team.

The service is situated in beautiful Vasse, a suburb of the city of Busselton in the South West region of Western Australia, 10 kilometres west of Busselton and 240 kilometres southwest of Perth.

To be considered for this position, you must have :

- Experience as a Centre Manager
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor's Degree in ECE
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
- Be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- A high-level understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals
- High level of verbal and written communication skills




- Willingness to undertake and co-ordinate ongoing professional development training for Educators

Duties for this position will include :

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures
- Manage staffing and rosters efficiently
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff
- Ensure that Educators deliver high-quality early learning programs
- Effectively manage the financial needs of the centre
- Deliver consistent, high-quality standards for centre presentation and work practices
- Build and maintain solid relationships with educators, families, children and the local community

Salary : $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
