- Our company is growing and with it comes new exciting opportunities for experienced Assistant Store Managers to join our team in our Doncaster location._ - Responsibilities : As Assistant Store Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Store manager and Area Manager to ensure stores and company objectives are achieved. - What you will bring :

- Hands on and strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success

- Deliver and maintain the highest standard in Branding with our lovely customers

- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management

- Ability to achieve sales, wages and shrinkage budgets

- Previous Store Manager experience is required

- Experienced in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties

- Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI'S & budgets





- High personal standards in providing superior customer service

- Maintain a harmonious working environment within your team and other stores of our Network

- Weekend and public holiday work will be required

- Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry is a plus - What's in it for you :
