NSWNMA invites qualified nurses or midwives to shift into a Public Health Organising role based in Waterloo, Sydney. You will build union power, recruit members, and develop workplace activists, travelling across NSW as needed.

Training and mentoring support will help you grow organising skills while strengthening the profession. The position offers permanent full time or 12-month temporary full-time employment, with onsite parking and hybrid working.
