Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics activities.

This role is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing warehouse activities, liaising with customers and transport providers, and ensuring operations run efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure efficient workflow and task allocation
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments and ensure schedules are met
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and inventory movements
- Ensure pallets and goods are stored safely and in accordance with warehouse procedures

Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate transport bookings and delivery schedules
- Liaise with transport providers regarding collections and deliveries
- Ensure correct documentation is prepared for all shipments
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve any operational issues

Customer & Client Support

- Communicate with warehouse clients regarding inbound shipments, dispatch schedules, and stock availability
- Respond to client enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure customer instructions and requirements are accurately communicated to the warehouse team

Inventory & Documentation





- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records
- Monitor stock movements and report discrepancies
- Maintain organised documentation for warehouse operations and transport activities

Operational Support

- Assist with implementing warehouse procedures and operational improvements
- Support the warehouse supervisor with daily coordination and planning
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and warehouse standards

Skills and Experience

- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination

- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks

- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with warehouse staff, customers, and transport providers

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and operational records

- Experience working in a 3PL, logistics, freight forwarding, or warehouse environment :

- Forklift licence (LF)

- Experience coordinating transport or container deliveries
