Polycell is seeking a physically capable Warehouse Labourer with the ability to undertake local MR truck deliveries when required.

This is primarily a hands-on warehouse role involving consistent manual handling of bulky packaging materials. MR truck driving will form part of the role as operational needs require, but warehouse duties remain the core function.

Position Details

- Permanent Full-Time
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
- $32.00 per hour + Superannuation
- Overtime available

Core Duties (Warehouse - Primary Function)

- Manual handling of large bubble wrap rolls (up to 1.5m long and up to 1m diameter)
- Handling stock ranging from under 1kg up to 25kg
- Repetitive lifting, rolling, carrying and manoeuvring bulky items
- Loose loading and unloading of trucks using forklift cages
- Container unloading (manual and forklift-assisted)
- Picking, packing and dispatch preparation
- Stock replenishment and warehouse housekeeping
- Operating forklift when required

MR Delivery Component (Secondary Function)

- Local deliveries within New South Wales
- Operating a company MR truck (14-pallet capacity)
- Multi-stop deliveries
- Assisting with manual unloading at customer sites
- Maintaining delivery documentation and vehicle care
- Providing professional customer service





Driving duties will be rostered based on operational requirements and may vary week to week.

Requirements :

- Current Forklift Licence (essential)
- Current MR Truck Licence (essential)
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting up to 25kg
- Comfortable with consistent manual handling work
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
- Previous warehouse and/or delivery experience preferred

Applicants seeking predominantly truck driving roles may find this position unsuitable, as warehouse duties form the majority of the role.
