We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Freight Forwarding Dispatch Manager to join our Gold Coast operation and take ownership of daily warehouse, dispatch and coordination activities. This is a hands-on leadership role combining warehouse operations, dispatch coordination and operational oversight. The Role As our Warehouse & Freight Forwarding Dispatch Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations at our Gold Coast headquarters, ensuring freight is received, organised, loaded and dispatched efficiently each day. This is a hands-on leadership role combining warehouse management, dispatch coordination and driver communication, requiring a robust understanding of transport operations and safety compliance. You will be responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound freight movements, loading vehicles including crane trucks, handling operational calls and maintaining a clean, organised and compliant warehouse environment while leading by example and ensuring procedures are followed. - Duties include:
