MarinePlus is a trusted name in the marine industry, supplying quality boating equipment and safety products to retailers and OEMs across Australia. We're looking for a motivated Data Entry & Customer Service team member to join our Braeside office.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised, accurate, and helpful with the chance to grow into a more technical role over time.

You'll start by supporting our sales teams with:

- Providing office-based support to our customers and field sales representatives.
- Following up with the logistics and warehouse team on stock and order status.
- Helping maintain accurate product data in our systems.
- Coordinating between sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.

As you become familiar with our systems and products, you'll have the prospect to learn-on-the-job to take on more technical and product-focused tasks, such as:

- Supporting the team with technical product enquiries.




- Learning about marine systems and components to better support customers.

Basic computer skills are essential for the data entry component of this role.

We operate Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. We are looking for someone full-time, or part-time Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 2.30pm. The position is open now, but we can be flexible on the start date as required.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 40 per week
