We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and expand our customer base in the residential service industry. This is a newly created role , offering an exciting prospect for a motivated self-starter to shape and grow our sales function from the ground up.
You will be responsible for generating new business, managing key client relationships, and delivering consistent results against clearly defined KPIs.
About You
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience , preferably in pest control, facilities services, or a related industry
- Demonstrated track record of increasing sales and meeting/exceeding targets :
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision
- Robust communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Organised, results-driven, and KPI-focused
- Proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools (Excel/CRM software)
- Valid driver’s licence (if field-based role)
