Job Title: Sales Assistant - Real Estate (No Experience Required)

About the Role We are looking for a motivated and reliable Sales Assistant to join our real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in real estate. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided. The role supports our sales agents with day-to-day activities, client communication, and property marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and assist in securing 10 property appraisal appointments .
- Maintain and manage their own social media presence to promote listings and brand awareness.
- Install and remove boards and flags for property listings and open homes.
- Remain available in the office during working hours to assist with enquiries and administrative support.
- Assist with building inspections , coordinating access and attending when required.
- Attend finance inspections and support clients through the approval process.




- Conduct final property inspections prior to settlement.
- Provide after-sales service , ensuring clients are supported after the sale is completed.
