About the Role This position is ideal for someone with at least 12 months’ real estate experience who is ready to further develop their career in property management.You’ll be supporting our experienced Property Managers, each of whom manages their own portfolio. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that will include:

- Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Coordinating maintenance and tenant communication
- Conducting property inspections
- Supporting leasing and portfolio management activities
- Providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants

About You To be successful in this role, you will:

- Hold a current Certificate of Registration and be working towards your Real Estate Licence




- Have a minimum of 12 months’ experience in the real estate industry
- Hold a valid driver’s licence and have your own reliable vehicle
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Thrive in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Have a positive attitude and a genuine desire to grow
