The Victorian Government - Department of Families, Fairness and Housing is seeking a Disability Justice Coordinator to support people with a disability who are involved in the criminal justice system, coordinating forensic disability supports and advocating for access to services.
You will facilitate court process navigation, bail and parole conditions, develop justice-based plans, and liaise with the NDIA to maximise the client’s NDIS access.
