Working closely with Microsoft, channel partners, sales teams, and delivery specialists, you will help shape Digital Workplace opportunities, develop scalable services solutions, and accelerate growth across the Microsoft Modern Work ecosystem.

As a Presales Solution Architect, you will act as a trusted advisor to partners and customers, helping them design, position, and adopt modern workplace solutions that improve collaboration, productivity, security, and employee experience. You will play a key role in partner enablement, technical presales, solution architecture, and services-led growth across Microsoft Modern Work technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading business and technical discovery engagements with customers and partners to define Digital Workplace requirements and transformation objectives.
- Designing end-to-end solution architectures across Microsoft 365, Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Security, and Up-to-date Work technologies.
- Supporting partner sales motions through workshops, demonstrations, proof-of-value engagements, and technical win strategies.
- Developing Statements of Work,



implementation roadmaps, solution scopes, and technical proposals that support successful project delivery and customer outcomes.
- Enabling partners through mentoring, solution guidance, best-practice frameworks, and capability development across Microsoft Modern Work solution areas.
- Collaborating with Microsoft, partner leadership teams, sales teams, and delivery specialists to create scalable offerings, drive services attachment, and accelerate business growth.

- Experience in technical presales, solution architecture, consulting, or Digital Workplace transformation roles.
