Mirvac Group is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to the General Manager, Asset Management - Retail & Build to Rent. You will work within the Retail and BTR leadership teams, managing calendars, correspondence and confidential information.

You will coordinate travel, prepare reports and presentations, and build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders while driving efficiency in administrative processes.
