SA Health's Northgate Neuro Behavioural Unit in Northgate SA 5085 is seeking a part-time Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant. The role focuses on designing and delivering meaningful recreational activities to support the wellbeing and dignity of residents with dementia and BPSD.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document activities, and contribute to person-centred care. This ongoing, part time position offers pro rata salary with superannuation and salary sacrifice perks.
