HammondCare's Dementia Support Australia program is recruiting a Dementia Consultant to support people living with dementia across acute and aged care settings in Adelaide. You will apply biopsychosocial approaches, provide practical non-pharmacological strategies and collaborate with families, carers and clinical staff to improve quality of life.

You will operate in a national, government-funded service, with a fixed-term contract through June 2028, offering hybrid work and opportunities for
