Based in Rockhampton or Gladstone, the Case Manager at DCC Industry Group’s Youth and Communities division delivers comprehensive case management for children and young people in non-family based care. You will supervise House Managers, champion trauma-informed practice, and ensure compliance with HSQS and Child Safety licensing standards.
You will develop tailored plans, monitor progress, advocate for rights, and build solid partnerships with government, NGOs, and families to secure resources
