Werribee Mercy Hospital Emergency Department is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager to lead nursing teams, coordinate daily operations and support protected, patient-centred care during a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will bring current AHPRA registration, a postgraduate qualification in Critical Care or Emergency Nursing, and at least five years of ED experience; mentoring, leadership potential, and collaborative teamwork are essential.
