Scope is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Supported Independent Living home in Goulburn, NSW. You will lead in office teams, drive risk and safety, and support clients toward independent living goals while maintaining strong, on‑site collaboration.

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, you will mentor Support Workers, manage daily operations, and ensure person-centred, active support. This role requires Cert 4 in Social Services or equivalent and NSW driver’s license, with NDIS and WWCC
