The Wests Group Australia is seeking a casual Patisserie Attendant to join the Catering team across Emporium 88 and The Patisserie. This role blends front and back-of-house duties, including barista service, food prep and customer service in a busy club setting.

You will prepare and serve menu items, make quality coffee, handle cash, and maintain high food-safety standards. Flexible weekday/weekend shifts are required to deliver a great guest experience.
