Kerin Health is a multidisciplinary paediatric health service in the Central West of NSW seeking a Key Worker to coordinate therapies, support families, and work with a team of Speech Pathologists, OTs, Physiotherapists and Counsellors.

You will visit children aged 0-8 years at home, school or clinic, collating information and contributing to comprehensive care plans. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are available within a supportive environment.
