Hospital in Your Home in North Brisbane, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our frailty programs. This part time/full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality home-based care to elderly and vulnerable clients, improving independence and wellbeing.

You will assess, plan and provide hands-on therapy, working within a multidisciplinary team to promote safety, ageing in place, and continual program improvement.
