Concept Care Disability Solutions – Gregory Hills NSW is seeking a Recruitment Officer to support attracting and recruiting Disability Support Workers and other roles. You will be part of a small HR team, reporting to the HR Team Leader and working from the Gregory Hills office five days a week to build processes and candidate experience.
You will review applications, conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, perform reference checks, and help with onboarding.
