ADMINISTRATORS - KEEP TRANSPORT OPERATIONS MOVING

Looking for your next opportunity in transport and logistics? We’re seeking a proactive and organised Transport Administrator to join a busy transport operation in Archerfield, supporting the smooth coordination of daily freight movements and customer deliveries.

The Opportunity Working alongside an experienced operations team, you’ll play an important role in keeping transport activities organised, ensuring accurate documentation and helping resolve customer enquiries efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES CAN INCLUDE

- Preparing and processing freight manifests to support daily transport operations.
- Creating consignments, connotes and transport jobs within internal systems.
- Completing accurate data entry and maintaining up-to-date transport records.
- Responding to customer enquiries and assisting with delivery-related queries.
- Supporting the wider operations team with day-to-day administrative requirements.




- Helping ensure freight documentation and transport processes run smoothly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous experience in transport, logistics or administration.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with computer systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to support a busy operations team.

WHAT'S ON OFFER?

- Salary: $65,000 + Super, (negotiable pending experience)
- Location: Archerfield, QLD.
- Hours: Afternoon shift, approximately 1:00 pm– 9:00pm
