Princess Alexandra Hospital is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager to lead and coordinate perioperative services within the Division of Surgery Operating Theatres. You will champion person-centred care, oversee staffing, resources and budgets, and drive best-practice outcomes with a robust focus on governance and continuous improvement.

You will lead teams, manage workforce planning and rostering, monitor budgets, and promote evidence-based practice to enhance patient safety and theatre efficiency
