Connect2Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based services across community, telehealth, and centre-based settings in Brisbane. This mobile role offers flexibility to work from home or our hubs, with relocation options and ongoing professional development.
You’ll assess both paediatric and adult clients, support NDIS goals, provide AT assessments, write transparent reports, and manage a varied caseload while collaborating with families and referrers.
