O’Brien Glass is looking for an experienced Scheduler / Planner to join our Metro team at our Wetherill Park branch. If you thrive in a fast‐paced operational environment and enjoy coordinating people, schedules and resources, this role puts you at the centre of our glazing operations. What You’ll Do* Manage daily and future schedules for glaziers and contractors
* Coordinate site access, equipment and labour to keep jobs moving
* Act as the escalation point for complex scheduling challenges
* Optimise capacity utilisation and minimise time to serve
* Support workload forecasting and resource planning
* Communicate clearly with customers,



project managers and internal teams About YouYou’re organised, proactive and calm under pressure. You bring:* Experience in workforce management, scheduling or planning
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent attention to detail and computer literacy
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a quick‐moving environment
* Problem‐solving skills and confidence making decisions
* Experience mentoring or supporting team members (highly regarded)
