Catholic Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Home and Community Care team in Sydney. You will travel to clients’ homes in South East Sydney or the Inner West, delivering holistic, person-centred care Monday to Friday.

Role requires AHPRA registration, a minimum of 3 years post-graduate nursing experience, and robust IT skills. Travel and vehicle support are provided, with a competitive pay rate and salary packaging options.
