Brisbane

Neurodiverse Specialists is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and participant-focused Speech Language Pathologist to join our Brisbane team, working in the NDIS space across Queensland. No two days are the same — you might spend your morning supporting a child at school or early childhood with language, speech, or social communication, completing a communication or functional assessment to inform an NDIS plan, introducing or refining AAC, working on feeding and mealtime participation, or collaborating with families, support coordinators, and the wider team. Your afternoon could include delivering clinic, home, school, or community-based therapy, writing clear and useful reports for NDIS plan reviews and funding requests, coaching families and support workers so strategies stick between sessions, joining multidisciplinary case discussions, or celebrating a participant achieving a communication goal they've been working towards for months.
