KeyResponsibilities

- Providekeyleadershipforvariouswelcome,connectionanddiscipleshipprograms
- Identify,recruitanddevelopvolunteerleaders
- ImplementclearandstrategicprogramsthatsupporttheministryandmissionofNewHope
- EnsureeffectivepastoralcarestructuresandprocessesareprovidedthroughvariousministriesatNewHope

KeySelectionCriteria

- AvibrantandpassionateChristianwithdemonstratedcharacterandcommitmenttospiritualgrowth
- ExperienceinPastoralLeadershipwithasenseofcalltoseepeoplefollowJesus
- Abilitytoprovidestrategicleadership,andworkcollaborativelywithinateamenvironmentandbuildhealthy,thrivingministryteamsandleaders
- Strongpublicandpersonalcommunicationskills




- Relevanttheologicalqualificationsorwillingnesstopursuetheologicaltraining
